Shea is a Licensed Associate Counselor of Mental Health and has over 4 years working with survivors of trauma. Shea loves working with individuals ranging from 10 years old to the older adult population. Shea works from a person-centered approach to creative a supportive and safe space for every person she works with. Additionally, Shea works in a partnership with each client to help with the development of skills and tools to combat depression and anxiety to help clients reach their therapeutic goals.
