My name is Crysta Harris and I am a licensed mental health therapist located in the state of Delaware and have been practicing for the past 6 years. I specialize in working with teens, millennials and women.

I am not your "traditional therapist" I meet my clients where they are and I combine my psychological expertise with pop culture in my sessions .

I refer to myself a  Generational Curse Breaker, Trajectory Transformer and a Goals Guru.  Helping my clients break free of maladaptive patterns embedded in the family system, collaboratively working with my clients to improve and change negative feelings, thoughts and behaviors, in addition to helping my clients accomplish both their personal and treatment goals.

My specialties include, tackling  anxiety symptoms, improving depressive symptoms and working through trauma that has been experienced and suppressed.
