I’m a pre-licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples feel more connected to themselves, their bodies, and each other. My approach is sex-positive, shame-free, and grounded in the belief that pleasure, communication, and healing can coexist. I create space for clients to explore identity, intimacy, desire, and mental health with curiosity and compassion. Whether we’re unpacking anxiety, relationship struggles, or sexual wellness, I’m here to support your growth with care and honesty.

My approach integrates non judgmental supportive listening, psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic principles to help folks overcome fears and misconceptions about how they view the topic of sex.
I specialize in working with the adult population, drawing from my experience engaging youth, parents, and other adults in meaningful discussions about sexual health and wellness. I am advancing my expertise in sex therapy while collaborating with experienced clinicians to support clients on their journeys toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.

I work for three private practices that hosts both in person and telehealth.
