About Me

Hi there! Thanks for visiting my page. Getting help for depression, anxiety or any other psychological concern is a big step and I am excited to support you on your mental wellness journey. I enjoy helping others to make meaningful changes in their lives.

That's why I launched Dr. Watlington & Associates. We offer specialized treatment for adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional disorders, including PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders. Treatments are typically time-limited and cognitive-behavioral in orientation.

The mission of Dr. Watlington & Associates is to help others live a more meaningful life in service of their chosen values. I treat each client with compassion and dignity and my clients are active collaborators in the therapy process. I provide psychotherapy (individual and group) in a safe and supportive environment.

About my workplace
  • Dr. Watlington & Associates, also known as Christina Watlington PhD, was formed in 2011 as a solo private practice. In 2017, Dr. Watlington transitioned to a group practice in order to harness the mental health expertise of various practitioners and have a greater impact in Delaware. The practitioners are experienced psychologists, social workers and counselors with specialties in individual, child, adolescent and adult therapies.
