About Me

I am an integrative Pre-Licensed Therapist, Prevention Specialist, Certified Family Life Educator and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with education and training in Health Science, Family Science, Prevention Science, Nursing and Natural Health. This means I take on a holistic approach to treating the whole person. I understand the importance of finding balance of mind, body and spirit during the healing process. An integrative approach allows me to effectively help clients reach optimal functioning and life quality.

Through discussion and a needs assessment, treatment goals are set to determine the services appropriate for each client. I utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based, energy-based, spirituality-based, and mindfulness-based approaches to meet each client’s needs.

I am affirming and supportive of all people and identify with Black and LGBTQIA+ populations. I support teens & adults and am accepting new clients.
